Product Information

Liam McCann was born in Guildford, England, in 1973. He attended Hurstpierpoint College and excelled on the sports field, becoming Sussex county champion in three of the athletics field events. He gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Physiology and Psychology from Staffordshire University and won a British Universities field event silver medal in 1993. He also swam to a national standard. Instead of finding work in the sports industry, Liam formed Shooter, a rock band that toured the French ski resorts for four years. The group's highlight came in 2001 when they supported Jools Holland in front of five thousand people. Although he still joins the band for occasional gigs, he turned his attention to penning action/thriller novels and pocket sports books in 2003. In 2009 he formed acoustic trio The Legend of Dan McCann.
